Q: How can I set a language for an outlet or contact?
A: You can set a language for an outlet as well as for contacts working for that outlet. Depending on the language selected the contact will receive correspondence (e.g order confirmation) in the language set.
- When a language for a contact is set and afterwards the language of the outlet is changed, the contact will still receive correspondence in his/her language.
- If the language of the contact is not set explicitly the contact will receive correspondence in the language set for the outlet.
