Q: I do not see all my search results in my Excel export. How is this possible?
A: There are two possible reasons why you do not see all your search results in your Excel export:
Your Excel export only contains the outlets within your Focus Universe + outlets that have been used by your company in the last two years.
All customers have prepaid for a certain amount of outlets. We call this the customer's "Focus Universe". All outlets within the Focus Universe have been paid for and can be used limitlessly but this is not the case for the outlets outside the Focus Universe. In order to prevent unintended exporting of large numbers of outlets outside this Focus Universe, not all outlets will be exported.

You have an export limit, by default this set on 500. This is the amount of rows that will be exported to Excel. If this causes any inconvenience, please contact your Datlinq Project Manager or e-mail Datlinq Support.
