Sligro has set up a standard delivery format for all orders sent to them. All orders must be delivered in a fixed format. (see the attachment for the desired format).
Datlinq can make sure the orders to Sligro from your organization will be sent in Sligro’s format.
It is important that the following items are registered in Data Outlet before Datlinq can set up the Sligro order format:
- There should be a wholesaler group in the Data Outlet environment called ‘Sligro’.
This wholesaler group can be created in Data Outlet Admin – Option list – wholesaler group.
- Datlinq must know the ID that Sligro holds for your company. You can check this ID with Sligro and notify Datlinq about it.
- In the registration of the relation between the outlet and Sligro, the ID that Sligro uses for that outlet should be included. (the new Sligro format does not send any other outlet ID anymore, so you must make sure this field is included)
Implementing this Sligro specific format costs 2 hours of servicetime for customers using Salesmapp. If you are not using Salesmapp please contact your Datlinq Project Manager for further information.
