Q: What can I do if I think an order confirmation has not arrived?
A: If you have reason to doubt whether or not an order confirmation was successfully sent to the wholesaler, please check the following:
- Was the order saved correctly?
Go to the customer in Data Outlet and click "orders" then check the "status" field in the order overview table. The status should be "Verstuurd", or "Sent".
- Is the e-mail address correct?
By clicking on the order you can see which wholesaler was registered. Go to the wholesaler in Data Outlet and check which e-mail address is registered for order confirmation. If no e-mail address is registered there the order will be sent to a default address.
- If you know the order has been sent and where, have the wholesaler check his spam box.
- If you still cannot find out why the order confirmation has not been received, contact Datlinq support with as much details as you can and of course tell us that you already checked the above.
