Q: How do I know if emails sent by Data Outlet are sent and do arrive?
A: The mailing processes that run as part of the daily processes behind Salesmapp and Data Outlet are working fine for more than ten years but of course there might be glitches.
Datlinq always sends every email in BCC to a backup mailbox where they are kept for at least one year. This way we are always able to see if the right emails have been sent, to whom and when.
If you have questions about that please contact support.
It is also possible to add another BCC of your choosing giving your organization the ability to do such checks without the help of support. Should you be interested in such a setting, please contact your Project Manager.
When an email bounces (the mailbox of the receiver is not available) the email will be forwarded to another emailaddress. In most cases this is the emailaddress of the administrator of your organization.
