Q: How do I create an account for Datlinq's ticket system?
A: Go to https://support.datlinq.com/hc/en-gb and click top right on ‘Sign in’.
Click on the option ‘Have you emailed us? Get a password’.
In the next screen you give in your email address and an email with instructions to set your password will be sent to this address.
Once you have a password, you can login to Datlinq's ticket system. When you are logged in, you will see your name top right. Click on the arrow next to your name and a small menu will appear underneath.
Click on 'My Activities' in this menu and you will find an overview with all the requests you have sent to Datlinq:
When you are an admin user, you can also view tickets of your colleagues. You can find them under 'Organisation requests', see screenshot below. If you are an admin user but you are not able to see this section, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can give you the required rights.
