Sales representatives can enter orders for wholesalers via Salesmapp. As a Data Outlet administrator, you are able to track and monitor these orders. This article describes the steps that an order goes through from Salesmapp to Data Outlet.
When an order is entered in Salesmapp it must be saved and sent by tapping the buttons in the top right of the screen. The sales representative also needs to synchronize his Salesmapp. When the order is synchronized, it will appear in Data Outlet with the status “Is being entered”.
- After a few minutes, the order will get status “Saved”.
- A process runs every fifteen minutes that actually sends the order to the wholesaler when it has the status "saved". Depending on the settings this might also happen only ones per day or even once per week.
- After the order has been sent to the wholesaler, the status of the order will be “Finished”.
As long as an order has the status "Is being entered”, or "Saved" it can be changed and/or cancelled.
The sales representative that has entered the order will always receive a confirmation of the order. The sales representative can also choose to send a confirmation to the contact registered in the order. The wholesaler will also receive a conformation of the order.
The wholesaler will only receive a confirmation of "Transfer" orders. For order types "Already delivered" and "Customer order" the wholesaler will not receive a confirmation.
