Q: What can I do if I forgot my Salesmapp login details?
A: Forgot my username.
If you forgot your account name, you can ask the Salesmapp administrator from your office for your username.
You can also ask Datlinq Support to provide your username. Please note that your company might be charged for this support. Also, Datlinq is not able to provide your password since this is a personalized password.
A: Forgot my password.
If you forgot your password, you can click on the “I forgot my password” button in the lower half of the login screen. Note that it is sometimes hidden by the keyboard.
After pressing this button you are requested to enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link that allows you to enter a new password of your own choosing.
You can also go directly to this website to change your password.
