Data Outlet Admin - 3.2 Activities
In order to achieve the full potential at a location, sales activities can be created.
You can find this section in Data Outlet/Admin/Options list/Activities.
You can enter a new set of activities by clicking on “New”. After that, you can click on "Activities", as shown in the screenshot below.
By selecting the red segments as shown in the screenshot above, all main activities will be selected at once. In the bottom of this screen there is the possibility to copy this selection to other activities.
At the top of the list with main activities a copy function can be found. Here you can indicate from which main activity you want to copy the settings. The settings can be assigned to multiple items. Simply double click the items you want in the left box to shift them to the right box.
By checking the box “Without main activities’’ you can easily see the items that do not have any assigned settings yet.
By clicking on “Options” you can select whether the activity should be shown in Salesmapp. This is also explained in the article "Data Outlet Admin - 3.1 Company Lists"
This functionality is also available for the fields on the company card in Salesmapp.
Activities in Salesmapp
In Salesmapp, the assigned activities will be shown in two places:
- Creating an appointment. By creating an appointment all assigned activities will be shown in the appointment menu, and the representative can swipe the activities planned.
- File Visit reports. After the visit, the representative can select the activities discussed/achieved. The planned activities in the agenda will be shown and the representative can select which of the planned activities are achieved.
3.2.1 Activity groups
There is a possibility to put different activities into different activity groups. You can insert the groups in Admin/Options list/Activity groups.
After inserting a group, you are able to add a specific activity to that group.
