Q: What should I do when my app crashes?
A: When your app crashes, please make sure to follow these steps:
- Make sure you are on the latest iOS and Salesmapp versions.
It may be due to a memory crash of the device, close all apps and restart Salesmapp.
It may be due to a lack of free memory on the device. Please check your available memory and delete apps or files if needed.
If Salesmapp keeps crashing fill in the Salesmapp Support sheet and please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
