Q: Why is it important that public and private data remain separated in Datlinq Places?
A: Datlinq Places is a public database, which means that you work with multiple companies on the same, shared database. Working on a shared database means that you are not allowed to share information about private persons in the public part of the database. For example it is not allowed to add a private e-mail address and private or direct telephone numbers.
You are allowed to register information about private persons, but this should be done in the private section of Salesmapp or Data Outlet. For further details have a look at this FAQ.
