Q: I cannot see an outlet on the map in Salesmapp. What's wrong?
A: If you cannot see an outlet that is in one of your company lists but not on your map in Salesmapp, there is an issue with the geocoding of that outlet. This can have multiple reasons:
1. When an outlet is added to the database it can take some time before we have the right geocodes and you can see the outlet on the map. In this case please have a little patience.
2. It can also be the case that the address of the outlet is not complete of accurate enough to get the right geocodes. In this case we cannot show the outlet on the map. Check if the outlet has a (correct) postal code and edit that if needed. It might help.
