A: The main difference between a request and a To-Do in Salesmapp, is that a request is for one of your colleagues, and a To Do is a reminder for yourself.
A request can be e-mailed to one of your colleagues. You can type a message and can also record a spoken memo and send pictures with your request. Your colleague will receive your message, photo or memo with the outlet information by e-mail.
A To-Do is a reminder for yourself. They will not be e-mailed to your colleagues, or to yourself, but they make sure you do not forget to complete a specific task.
