Q: Support asks me to upload my Salesmapp database, how can I do this?
A: In some cases, support might ask you to upload your Salesmapp database.
To upload your database, please go to More > Settings > 'Database' and tap on 'Upload database (only on support request)'. See image below.
An email with your local Salesmapp database will be sent to our Support Team. If necessary, they will ask you to stop working in Salesmapp until further notice.
