Q: What is the Call Module in Data Outlet?
A:Call agents can use the Call Module in Data Outlet to register their calls and the data they collect. The registered data is immediately available for all Data Outlet and/or Salesmapp users.
The outlets' public data in Datlinq Places can be used as input for the call agents, but private data like users' calendars, contacts and customer information can obviously also be used.
The administrator can make a selection of the outlets in Datlinq Places and build the screens for the call agents. To monitor the progress, all information of the calls is available via extended search.
The Call Module is optional. If you are interested in connecting your call agents to Data Outlet, please contact your Datlinq Project Manager.
