Q: How can I create a call screen?
A: As a Data Outlet admin you can create call screens yourself. This can be done in the Admin module of the Call module. Click on “Admin” and select a campaign.
Then a blank screen opens up. Just as in Data Outlet, you can add windows in the screen. (e.g. orders, contacts) once the screen is set up, this screen will appear for that campaign from then on.
All forms in the database can be added as a window to the call screens. In order to add it to a call screen, the setting “show in call module” should be switched on. Once this setting is on the form, you can add that form to any call screen.
If Datlinq has to make specific forms for the call module (e.g. question set for a campaign) this setting has to be switched on. Please provide Datlinq this information if needed.
For each campaign different forms (company info, appointments etc.) can be assigned, depending on the goal of the campaign. It is important that the call agent always saves any form, order, appointment etc. in the call screen! Just pressing the DONE button in the right pane is not enough.
