A: In this case, we have the following advices for you:
- Always work with the latest version of Salesmapp and iOS.
- The more outlets you have in Salesmapp, the less quickly the app responds. Please contact your admin to help you with removing old and unnecessary company lists.
- When locations have been removed from Salesmapp, they might still use memory. Please remove Salesmapp from your iPad and reinstall the app. This way, you reinstall the now smaller database on the iPad.
