Q: I am not able to register appointments in Salesmapp. How is this possible?
A: When you are not able to register appointments in Salesmapp, there is most likely no writable calendar connected to your Salesmapp. Go to MORE > Settings > 'Preferences' and select a calendar under 'Calendar used for Salesmapp appointments', see image below.
Please note: This cannot be an iCloud calendar.
